Terms & Conditions
- This facility is valid for a specified vehicle / registration number only (‘your vehicle’).
- The subscription is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of commencement.
- Your vehicle must be involved in an accident and should have a valid and accepted insurance claim.
- The replacement vehicle will be available for period your vehicle is under repairs or if it is not driveable or unsafe to drive.
- If you are at-fault and your insurance policy includes a rental vehicle benefit, we reserve the right to recover costs from your Insurer according to your policy terms.
- If you are not-at-fault we reserve the right to recover costs from the at-fault party or their Insurer, if applicable.
- You are responsible for fuel and any applicable infringement costs / fees.
- No smoking in the vehicle.
- Valet costs of $250 + GST may be incurred for a vehicle returned in an exceptionally dirty condition, smoke or pet odours or pet residue.
- Drivers must be over 25 years old and have a full licence.
- In the event of an accident, you will be responsible for an excess of $750 including GST.
- The rental period is limited to maximum of 30 days during the subscription period/ one year from commencement, whether as a single period or multiple occasions.
- A 10% discount from the base price is available on renewal if there has been no claim during the preceding term. Conversely, a 10% premium will apply on renewal if there has been a claim during the preceding term.
