Eligibility Check
We’ll determine your eligibility by confirming:
The accident wasn’t your fault. You have the at-fault driver’s details. The at-fault driver has insurance.
Provide information
Submit your details, including: Driver’s license number Car registration Insurance information Details about the accident At-fault driver’s details
Vehicle match
We’ll provide a like-for-like replacement vehicle to suit your needs.
If your car is a hybrid or electric vehicle, we’ll do our best to match it.
Drive your replacement vehicle
Use your accident replacement car while your vehicle is being repaired or until your total loss settlement is finalised.
Return your replacement vehicle
When your vehicle repairs are complete (or as soon as your claim is settled as a total-loss) let us know and we will arrange to collect our replacement vehicle and that’s it. Its that simple.
Check your eligibility now
Determine your eligibility for a complimentary replacement vehicle if you were not at fault in a car accident. The replacement vehicle will be available until your vehicle repairs are completed.
