- The other party must be insured
- The other party’s insurer must confirm ‘liability accepted’
- We offer a Stress payment of $150 if you qualify for a ‘no cost’ replacement vehicle and if the repairs to your vehicle (or the total loss settlement in the event your vehicle is uneconomic to repair) takes at least 7 days and you have obtained our vehicle for at least 7 days.
- Payment will be made after the third-party insurer confirms ‘liability accepted’ and after we have provided you with a replacement vehicle for at least 7 days.
